April 2010
Well, stock take is over and we've stroked all the fabrics and counted all the beads, buttons and wobbly eyes ... a great game. Shopping for the shop has recommenced and some new fabric ranges have arrived already (having been ordered a while ago for April delivery!!) First up is a really nice range for the coffee fiend in your life - make them a quilt - or a coaster!! ![]()
Next is a lovely new range of blenders, similar to Moda Marbles, but with more depth of colour in them. They are called Reflections from Fabric Freedom. Yumm!

And finally, a funky new range from Nutex called "I'd Rather be Gardening", using Jennifer Pudney's designs such as "Gardener's Bottom" and "Floating around in Frocks". Really cool!

We have a couple of classes happening too - a Beginners Quilting and next month New York Beauty.
April 2010A new quilt batting has arrived and it really fills a gap. It's 50% cotton and 50% wool on a scrim. Has the same handle as the cotton batting, but much warmer. Width is 2.5m or 100 inches and at $32.70 per metre , quite competitively priced. Also, now in stock is double sided iron on pellon at 150cms wide. Very handy stuff! Cheers for now and happy crafting Last chance to bag that bargain. Now only one machine left and I still want it "rehomed". Please come take it home with you. 1 X LS 2125 at only $199.00 includes full warranty That's $100.00 off - still!! ![]() |
