The days are drawing in and there is a chill in the air. Time to get busy on those cosy crafty projects. Snuggle under a quilt or get the knitting needles out for some warm garments.

Instead of a Block of the Month this year, we're trying something a little different - Charm Pack Challenges. To enter the challenge, you buy a charm pack of 10 fabrics (8 inches square) and must use them all in your project. The item is to be no bigger than 1 metre x1.2 metres in size. You may add whatever you like to the charm pack.

All entries are to be at Crafters Heaven by 30 April for judging. Judging will be by viewer's choice and 1 vote costs 10 cents. All proceeds raised from judging will be split between Canterbury Earthquake and Japan Earthquake appeals.

Already entries are coming in and I've put some photos below to inspire you.
